Paul Warne hinted that the togetherness of his group of players is a pivotal factor in the clubs fortunes this season.
Speaking in the wake of an important victory over Gillingham in midweek, the Rotherham Manager signalled his pleasure at his sides unity and spirit heading into a crucial phase of the campaign.
"I think we’ve got a group of lads here that are great to work with,” Warne told the Yorkshire Post.
“I keep saying it, but it’s the truth.
“They are just finding a way to win games at the moment. “Some games we play good football and we’re determined to win football matches and other times we have to mix it up, like we did at Gillingham.
“We’re desperate to get into those play-offs. We’ve been together nearly 10 months now and everyone wants it."
Focusing on Rovers, the Rotherham boss told iFollow Rotherham that he's expecting a tough encounter, "I think if they'd (Rovers) have started the season better they'd have definitely been in the Play-offs. I'm expecting them to be good up top, they're good on the counter and they score goals"
"I'm expecting a really good game. They'll come here with no pressure but they won't want to lose, that's for sure."

Warne began his playing career at Wigan Athletic, as the young striker managed to break into the first team during the 1997-98 campaign.
After two seasons with the Latics, Warne switched to join Rotherham United and managed to find a constant stream of goals in the third tier of English football. His tally of goals during the 1999-200 season helped Rotherham achieve promotion to the second division.
Rotherham's stay in the second division was short-lived, as the club achieved back-to-back promotions to the First Division, as again Warne contributed with a healthy goal return.
Staying at Rotherham for four seasons in the First Division, Warne then progressed to join Oldham after a brief spell on loan at Mansfield.
At Oldham,Warne became a fan-favourite, scoring on eighteen occasions in just shy of ninety games, before departing for Yeovil Town.
Warne spent two seasons down South before returning to Rotherham and was part of the Millers side that was defeated in the 2010 League Two playoff final.
The striker hung up his boots in May 2012 and immediately joined the coaching staff at Rotherham.
As a coach, Warne mirrored his achievements as a player at Rotherham, as he was part of Steve Evans' staff that achieved back-to-back promotions to the Championship.
Warne has served under the likes of Neil Redfearn, Neil Warnock, Alan Stubbs and Kenny Jackett in his role as fitness coach before taking up the role of caretaker boss in November 2016, following Jackett's departure.
Warne was appointed as caretaker boss again towards the end of the 2016/17 campaign and was awarded the job on a permanent basis thereafter.
