The club is pleased to announce Gas View, our new initiative for fan feedback. Gas View will provide you with the opportunity to voice your thoughts on each aspect of the club, and then be used to help aid informed, fan-led decisions and open the conversation on a range of relevant topics.

At Bristol Rovers we pride ourselves on strong community values, and we hope that Gas View will allow us to further enhance these values. By channelling supporter feedback into one succinct area, we hope to have a more complete view on supporter needs, allowing us to act upon our areas for improvement and enrich your experiences with the club.

Therefore, we would like to invite fans to provide feedback on any experiences that stood out for you. We welcome both positive feedback and constructive criticism as we look to improve and reinforce.

The form itself consists of 4 questions:

  • Firstly, there is a dropdown so you can select the area which your feedback relates to e.g. Matchday Experience or Content and Communication
  • Then, you will be provided with a text box where you can provide your feedback
  • After this, you will be asked for the date so we can keep track of when feedback was made
  • Finally, you will be asked your email address


As the feedback form only consists of 4 questions, it can be completed within 5 minutes. However, as the second question is open-ended you can write as much as you want. Therefore, more comprehensive feedback may take you 5-10 minutes.

Each week, any new feedback that has been submitted will be reviewed. From there, this can help inform any changes we need to look at implementing.

There is no guarantee that you will be responded to directly, however we may respond in some instances. Despite this, please know that your feedback is being read and listened to directly by the marketing team; from here, the feedback will then be relayed to respective individuals if needed.

We need your email address so that we can respond to you directly, if this is our course of action. Your email data WILL NOT be used for anything else or shared with anyone outside of the club.
