It is time to vote for your Bristol Rovers Men's Goal Of The Season for the 2025/26 campaign.
There have been some spectacular goals both home and away during the 2025/26 campaign, with six shortlisted for the Goal Of The Season Award.
We're calling on all Gasheads to get involved. Voting will remain open until 11:59 BST on Sunday 17 May.
Macauley Southam-Hales v Grimsby Town
Macauley Southam-Hales' match-winning volley against Grimsby Town back in August is the first goal on the shortlist.
Blundell Park was bouncing before kick-off, with the Mariners having beaten Premier League giants Manchester United just a few days earlier. However, it was Southam-Hales who took all the headlines on a bright Saturday afternoon.
Jack Sparkes' corner from the right was cleared towards the edge of the box, where Southam-Hales set himself before blasting a powerful right-footed volley low into the bottom left corner.
Jack Sparkes v Bromley
Another fantastic finish came from a full-back, with Jack Sparkes hitting the back of the net this time.
The defender raced down the left to get onto Josh McEachran's chipped pass before skillfully beating Marcus Ifill with some clever footwork. Sparkes still had a lot to do from a tight angle, but blasted his effort across the goal and into the top corner, giving Grant Smith no chance.
Yusuf Akhamrich's first goal v Newport County
Introductions at The Memorial Stadium do not come much better than Yusuf Akhamrich's against Newport County. The Tottenham Hotspur loanee was making his first appearance at the home of the Pirates and made an immediate impact, netting twice in a 3-0 victory for the Gas in the Severnside derby.
His first is up for Rovers' Goal Of The Season. The 20-year-old collected possession on the right, cutting inside before curling his effort into the top-left corner, beyond the reach of goalkeeper Jordan Wright.
Kofi Balmer v Walsall
Kofi Balmer has scored two spectacular volleys for the Gas since signing on loan from Motherwell in the January transfer window, with his first nominated for the Gas' Goal Of The Season Award.
His opening goal in the blue-and-white quarters came on a wet and windy night against Walsall. With the Gas ahead after Akhamrich's calm finish from close range, Balmer lifted the roof off The Mem with his volley.
Ryan De Havilland's free-kick was only cleared as far as the defender, who blasted a left-footed volley into the top left corner.
Kane Thompson-Sommers v Swindon Town
Kane Thompson-Sommers' finish against Swindon Town is different from the other goals on the shortlist. Every derby game needs a special moment, which the midfielder provided with a moment of quality.
The Milton Keynes Dons loanee collected possession in Rovers' half before racing down the right and towards the edge of the box. Thompson-Sommers had two defenders ahead of him, but cleverly shuffled between them to open space for a shot before whipping his strike across the goal and into the bottom left corner just before half-time.
Ellis Harrison's third goal v Cheltenham Town
Ellis Harrison completed his hat-trick in style against Cheltenham. The striker had already headed in two first-half efforts to give the Gas a two-goal advantage against the Robins before adding his third in the second half.
The ball dropped to the striker just inside Rovers' half and showed his scoring instincts, spotting Joe Day off his line and chipping a first-time strike over the goalkeeper and into the back of the net.
It was the perfect end to the final match at The Mem in the 2025/26 campaign, with Shaq Forde adding a late fourth to complete a resounding derby win.
