Women's Team Assistant Manager

Bristol Rovers Women are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and committed Assistant Manager to support the First Team programme. 

This volunteer position requires attendance at two training sessions per week and all matchdays.

Working closely with the First Team Manager and wider staff, the successful candidate will play an important role in creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing environment that supports player development and competitive success.

Matchday Supporter Liaison Officer

As a Matchday Supporter Liaison Officer, you will be one of the first faces our supporters see on matchdays. Acting as an ambassador for Bristol Rovers Football Club, you will help foster a welcoming, inclusive and positive matchday environment where every supporter feels valued.

You will provide information and assistance to fans, support a range of supporter engagement activities, gather valuable feedback, and work closely with departments across the Club to ensure every matchday runs smoothly.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about football, enjoy working with people, and want to play a key role in enhancing the supporter experience at Bristol Rovers FC.

Volunteer Supporter Liaison Officer

As a Volunteer Matchday Supporter Liaison Officer, you will play an important role in helping create a welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable matchday experience for all supporters attending The Memorial Stadium.

Working as part of our Supporter Liaison team, you will act as an ambassador for Bristol Rovers Football Club, providing information, assistance and a friendly face to supporters before each home fixture.

Volunteer SLOs support the Club for approximately three hours prior to kick-off and are then free to enjoy the match from the stands, with complimentary admission to the game.

Cleaning Supervisor

Bristol Rovers is looking to recruit a new Cleaning Supervisor for matchdays. 

Reporting into the Facilities and Safety team, the successful applicant will be a a proactive self-motivated person who will work to maintain and improve cleaning standards of match days at The Memorial Stadium.

Stewards

A Steward is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and positive experience of spectators attending football matches and other events at the club's facilities.

You will report to the Area Supervisor/Supervisor and assist in the safe operations of the grounds before, during and after matches and other events of the club.
