Safeguarding Manager

The Club takes its safeguarding responsibilities very seriously and thus as part of the ongoing improvements, there is a need to expand the team and hire a Designated Safeguarding Officer.

You will report to the Senior Safeguarding Manager and take the lead on operational and strategic safeguarding matters. As part of your role, the departmental designated Safeguarding Officers will report to you regarding safeguarding matters.

Assistant Fire Officer

The Assistant Fire Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of spectators, staff, and players in relation to fire risks.

This role needs to possess a combination of previous experience, technical knowledge, certifications, and interpersonal abilities with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for football.

Head Of Media | Community Trust

The Bristol Rovers Community Trust is looking for a new Head Of Media to oversee content production for the charity.

Working collaboratively with the Community Trust's Management Team and relevant department heads, the successful candidate will implement the Trust's communication plan and associated media policies.

The Trust is seeking someone who is knowledgeable about the workings of a charity as well as a professional sporting environment.  They will need to excel in the areas of video production, print, written word and social media. We will expect the successful candidate to be able to engage with online users on a daily basis and greatly increase our online presence within our target demographic as well as connecting with other associated organisations.

The role will require you to work with the Football Club's main media team to ensure the highest level of synergy between the Trust and Bristol Rovers FC.

Stewards

A Steward is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and positive experience of spectators attending football matches and other events at the club's facilities.

You will report to the Area Supervisor/Supervisor and assist in the safe operations of the grounds before, during and after matches and other events of the club.
