The Head Of Partnerships will take responsibility for developing and driving the Club’s partnership, sponsorship and premium matchday strategy, ensuring all opportunities for new revenue generation within partnerships and sponsorship is maximised, whilst maintaining strong relationships with the Club’s existing partners and clients.

Marketing Manager

As Bristol Rovers’ Marketing Manager, you will take responsibility for conceptualising, developing and cultivating the Club’s marketing strategy, ensuring that all opportunities for new revenue generation across partnerships, retail, ticketing, hospitality, venue sales and the Club as a whole are maximised.

You will oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives and paid strategy, including but not limited to social media, website advertising and email marketing, while working closely with the Director of Commercial and Revenue and the Media Department to maximise brand visibility for Bristol Rovers Football Club.

Safeguarding Manager

As a Safeguarding Manager and Football Executive, you will be responding to concerns identified within the stadium, as well as being mobile presence throughout the game, proactively identifying welfare concerns. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable adjustments.

You will be managed by the Head of Football Administration and will work in partnership with the event safety team, stewards, and stadium medical team ensuring that all welfare/safeguarding concerns are responded to in a timely manner, and where required escalate concerns to the most appropriate person and/or agency. You will ensure that all concerns are accurately recorded and referred to external services if required.

Front Of House Manager

Working in our events and hospitality spaces here at Bristol Rovers you are going to be important to driving our guests events experience through fantastic service, knowledge in what great looks like and ensuring that every customer feels special during our non-match day and match day events.
