Priority Points

Bristol Rovers away fans

Ahead of the 2025/26 season, Bristol Rovers FC has introduced a new Priority Points scheme.

The Priority Points system that will help ensure supporters who attend matches on a regular basis, especially those who regularly travel for away games, have priority for high-demand fixtures.

Priority Points will be accrued through purchasing Season Tickets, Flexi Memberships and League and Cup games. When tickets are put on sale for high-demand games, they will be sold in order of points totals, and fans with the most points will be given priority.

Priority Points scoring system

Season Tickets – 125 points

Flexi Memberships – 25 points

Away Games (League and Cup) – 10 points

Home Games (League and Cup) – 5 points

More info

Points can only be awarded once and will only be allocated to supporters who purchase tickets under their unique ID number.

If you are buying tickets for someone else, please make sure you allocate the ticket to them at the point of purchase, so they can be awarded the points. Supporters will need to add “Friends & Family” within their account in advance, to ensure the tickets can be assigned correctly.

Season Ticket Holders will not earn additional points for home league games, as they receive the full 125 points at the start of the season. However, they can earn the additional 5 points for Cup home games.

Points accumulated by supporters will remain on their accounts for two seasons. As the third season begins, points accumulated during the first season will be wiped. For example, points accrued during the 2025/26 season will be on supporters’ accounts for the 2026/27, but will be wiped for the 2027/28 season.

Please note that points will not be awarded for tickets purchased when paying on the day at away games. We therefore encourage supporters to buy their away tickets online at eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers or in advance from the Club Shop.

Supporters who purchase a Flexi Membership will be allocated 25 points in total. Please note that these points will only be added to your account once you have assigned the ticket to individual games.

FAQs

How long will it take for my priority points to show on my account?

Please allow 24 hours after purchasing tickets for your priority points to be added to your account.

How can I find out how many priority points I have accumulated?

Log into your eticketing account at eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers. You will need your email address and Customer Reference Number to login.

Once logged in, click the person icon in the top right hand corner of the page, next to the basket symbol.

This will bring up a pop-up bar on the right hand side, where you can view your account number, priority points total (this is called Loyalty Points by Ticketmaster), and account balance.

I bought a ticket on the day at an away game, why haven't priority points been added to my account?

Points will not be awarded for tickets purchased when paying on the day at away games, or when tickets are bought online from the away team's website. This is because away Ticket Offices do not have access to our ticketing system and are therefore unable to recognise your unique ID number.

If you wish to earn Priority Points for attending away fixtures, please buy your ticket online at eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers or in advance from our Club Shop.

I bought five tickets to a home game, why have I only been granted five points instead of 25?

Points for any fixture can only be awarded once. If you buy five tickets, one set of Priority Points will be added to your account. The other four need to be assigned to other accounts at the point of purchase.

Supporters will need to add “Friends & Family” within their account in advance, to ensure the tickets can be assigned correctly.

I'm a Season Ticket Holder, why don't I have priority access to away games?

Now that we have moved to a Priority Points system, access to tickets is granted in order of points totals. Fans with the most points will be given priority. This ensures fans who travel on a regular basis have a greater chance of securing tickets where we have a small allocation.

All Season Ticket Holders will have 125 points on their account. Season Ticket Holders who purchase tickets for away games and cup matches will accrue additional points, and will therefore have priority over Season Ticket Holders who have not attended any additional matches.

Supporters with 125 points will always have access to tickets before general sale.

I bought a home ticket on the day from the Matchday Ticket Office, why haven't five points been added to my account?

Our ticketing staff will make every effort to assign your ticket to your unique ID number when you purchase it from the Matchday Ticket Office. In order to do this you will need to provide your full name so they can locate your account on our system.

However, if it is close to kick-off or if there is a long queue, our team may ask if you are happy to skip this step to help you get through the turnstiles as quickly as possible. This will mean your Priority Points will not be allocated to your account.

If you wish to accrue Priority Points, we strongly recommend you buy your tickets online, or in advance from the Club Shop. Alternatively please arrive early and visit the Matchday Ticket Office while it is less busy.

As a reminder, all tickets purchased online or in advance will be £2 cheaper than our Matchday Ticket Office prices.
