Bristol Rovers will welcome Leicester City to The Memorial Stadium as part of our preparations for the 2026/27 campaign.
The Pirates will face The Foxes in BS7 on Tuesday 14 July 2026 with kick off set for 7pm BST.
City, who famously overcame 5000/1 odds to win the Premier League in 2015/16 and won the FA Cup in 2021, are preparing for a 2026/27 season in Sky Bet League One following relegation at the end of the last campaign.
It was in League One that the two teams last met in competitive action, with the Midlands side running out 1-0 winners at The Mem in February 2009.
The mid-July pre-season fixture will give supporters the first opportunity of the campaign to see Steve Evans’ side in home action.
