Bristol Rovers welcomed fans to The Memorial Stadium for an open training session on Friday.
The Gas were getting ready to face Sky Bet Championship outfit Oxford United in their final pre-season friendly on Saturday. The Pirates have won three of their five fixtures under Darrell Clarke since his return in the summer, beating Chippenham Town, Bath City and Yeovil Town.
Head Coach Clarke got on the microphone to speak to the fans during training before the players had a kick about with the Bristol Rovers ability team after the session. Finally, the players took their time to meet the fans, signing autographs and taking pictures. There were plenty of smiles on faces in the crowd, with plenty of young fans choosing to start the summer holidays at the home of the Pirates.
Fans will be back at The Mem for the Gas' Sky Bet League Two season opener against Harrogate Town in just over a week.
