Matchday Guide - Rovers v Carlisle

8 October 2021

Ahead of our match against Carlisle United at the Mem this Saturday we have put together a matchday guide which includes all the essential info for supporters attending the game.

Match Ticket Sales

We advise supporters to purchase tickets at the earliest possible opportunity to minimise queues on a match day. Tickets are from the matchday ticket office and can be purchased online store up until kick-off.

Print at Home tickets are the easiest way of securing your match ticket. When purchasing via this method you will receive a printable PDF, which when printed becomes your match tickets. Print at home tickets are available until kick-off.

Print at home tickets should be printed prior to arrival at the ground, however, these can also be scanned from a smartphone, but the success of this depends on things like screen quality, cracks, brightness, size on screen etc. Our team will be on hand to assist with any issues with Print at Home tickets that occur at the turnstiles.

To avoid queues, we advise supporters to proceed through the turnstiles in good time ahead of kick-off.

The matchday ticket office will be open from 10am on Saturday.

Online tickets can be purchased HERE.

Matchday Programme

The Pirate will run as a 40-page edition for league games this season, priced at £2.50. These will be available to purchase at positions around the ground and can also be purchased in the club shop.

Matchday programmes can now also be purchased on the online store. Click HERE to grab yours before the match!

Bars and Kiosks

We are advising supporters to use cashless payments as much as possible - with card terminals now in place at the stadium's bars and refreshment outlets.

The Thatchers Bar will be open at 11am, alongside Irene's Kitchen, with the Butcombe Bar opening at 1:30pm.

Stadium Superstore

The Superstore at the Mem will be open from 10am on Saturday. Head to the store to grab your replica shirts, training wear and a whole range of Rovers themed merchandise.

You can also purchase merchandise at the matchday retail unit located behind the Thatchers End opposite the ticket office. The matchday retail unit is also open for a short time post match until 5:30pm.

50:50 Tickets

50:50 tickets will be on sale around the stadium footprint. The proceeds from the 50:50 tickets go towards the Academy, helping the next generation of players coming through the youth ranks. Look out for the winning draw numbers at half-time.

Charity Collection

To celebrate World Mental Health day (10th October) and the partnership with Bristol Rovers Academy Go Again staff will attend the Bristol Rovers v Carlisle United game on Saturday 9th October.

Go Again provides a free service and is run through fundraising. Go Again staff will be fundraising before the match so keep an eye out for them. They will be happy to discuss the service that they are providing to the academy.
