Young defender, Pablo Martinez, has joined Oxford City on a 3-month loan.
The 19-year-old signed for Rovers this summer, linking up with Lee Mansell's Development Squad, whilst playing a part in the Gas' pre-season preparations.
He now joins Oxford City on loan to gain valuable first-team experience.
