Chris Hargreaves' side will entertain Luton Town's U23's in the Central League on Tuesday afternoon.
Tuesday's game takes place at Yate Town's Lodge Road Stadium, kick-off at 2pm. Entry is free for supporters.
Rovers' Development Squad will be looking to make it three straight wins in the Central League, following recent victories over both Forest Green Rovers and Cheltenham Town.
