The defender came off the bench in Wales' China Cup Final defeat to Uruguay.
Lockyer was used as a substitute in the 75th minute, replacing James Chester for the encounter at Guangxi Sports Center, Nanning.
Uruguay secured a narrow 1-0 victory in the contest, as Cavani' first-half strike was enough to separate the sides.
The appearance was Lockyer's second international cap of the tournament, taking his tally to three international caps for his country.
The game also saw former Rovers player Billy Bodin earn his debut cap for Wales, as well as former loanee Connor Roberts, as both players came off the bench during the closing forty-five minutes.
