The newly launched 1883 Club Networking events begin next month - with the series of business networking events aimed at building connections across the wider business community in Bristol.
The first event takes place in mid-July - with Darren Clark (not to be confused with Darrell Clarke!) on guest speaking duties. After overcoming the adversity of Dyslexia, Darren has gone on to achieve fantastic things in the business world and beyond.
Today his success speaks for itself, with many public speaking invitations and a fantastic public profile; his passion for business is unique. Darren is one of the co-founders of The Spotless Group which employs hundreds of people across all of its companies and which is based in Chipping Sodbury, near Bristol.
We spoke with business networking consultant, Nick Elston, who is organising the events in collaboration with the Club, as he details what benefits attending the events could have for the business community in Bristol.
