As you may be aware, earlier this summer the old Gas Player platform was replaced with 'iFollow Gas', in line with the launch of the new club website www.bristolrovers.co.uk.
Listed below are some FAQ's about the new iFollow system.
What is iFollow Gas?
In terms of features, iFollow Gas will still have many of the features that supporters enjoyed with Gas Player.
The obvious difference is that iFollow Gas will give overseas fans the opportunity to live stream games for the 2017/18 season*.
Supporters based in the UK will still be able to access match commentary and extended highlights from games, the same service as supporters will be used to if they subscribed to Gas Player.
In terms of subscription options, supporters can either choose to register for a free account or pay for a monthly or season long pass.
What does a free account get me?
Free to register accounts gives supporters access to a selection of interviews and videos on the iFollow platform.
Free to register accounts won't have access to commentary or streaming once the season starts.
How much does an iFollow subscription cost?
A monthly pass for domestic subscribers is priced at £4.49 per month. An iFollow season pass costs £45 for domestic subscribers.
New International subscribers will pay £110 per year, to include the live stream of matches.
Match Pass packages will be available for international subscribers, priced at £5. Supporters should be aware that currently only matches on the first weekend have been made available to purchase. Further games (up until the end of the first batch of TV selections) will be added prior to the start of the season.
How do I sign up for a season pass?
Supporters can sign up to iFollow HERE and select the season long pass option.
What devices does iFollow work on?
iFollow is available across desktop, mobile, tablet and app. Users watching matches live on a mobile will have to use the iFollow app, which can be downloaded HERE.
