Team news from tonight's pre-season encounter with Hull City.

Missing from the squad named for tonight’s game against Hull City at the Estadio Da Nora in Albufeira are Lee Brown, Joe Partington and triallist Lewis Hall.

Brown jarred his back in training this morning and it was decided not to risk him tonight.

Partington has yet to make an appearance in a pre-season game, having suffered a calf injury on the second day of pre-season training but is recovering well and undertook a strenuous individual training session this morning.

Lewis Hall has a shin injury which has come at exactly the wrong time for him. The Australian has featured in three pre-season games, at Melksham, Weston and Salisbury and manager Darrell Clarke was hoping to take another look at him in tonight’s game.

The squad does, though, include first year pros Rollin Menayese, Luke Russe and Cameron Hargreaves.

Bristol Rovers: Sam Slocombe, Marc Bola, Tom Lockyer (C), Tom Broadbent, Daniel Leadbitter, Stuart Sinclair, Liam Sercombe, Ollie Clarke, Billy Bodin, Byron Moore, Ellis Harrison

Subs: Adam Smith, James Clarke, Rollin Menayese, Ryan Broom, Chris Lines, Rory Gaffney, Tom Nichols, Cameron Hargreaves, Luke Russe
