On behalf of the Supporters Club;
The Committee wish to apologise to members and supporters for our failure to open the Supporters Club Shop at Kingswood this morning, Saturday 12th.
The shop was not staffed due to an administrative mix-up and remained closed when we know that many supporters would have been expecting to collect match tickets for the game against Peterborough. We fully appreciate the inconvenience caused and there are no excuses - we simply messed up and it was not the fault of any of the staff. Hopefully, Pirate Leisure was able to sort out tickets for all those who were let down and we are grateful to the stadium staff for their help in this respect.
To everyone affected we apologise most sincerely and will do our utmost to ensure that there is never a repeat.
