THREE TO WATCH: BARROW A.F.C

2 December 2016

Take a look at the potential threats in the ranks of Sunday's opponents in the Emirates FA Cup, Barrow A.F.C.

Byron Harrison

The striker is very much Barrow's form player this season, with sixteen goals to his name already this campaign.

The six-foot-three forward started his career at Stevenage after spells at various clubs at non-league level and went on to make just under forty appearances for 'Boro before switching to AFC Wimbledon in 2012.

Following a season-long stay at AFC Wimbledon, Harrison transferred to Cheltenham Town, where he scored eighteen goals during a two-year spell.

Brief spells at Chesterfield and a return to Stevenage on loan followed before the striker put pen to paper on a deal at Barrow in the summer.

The striker has scored five goals in his last three outings, including braces against both Guiseley and Dagenham & Redbridge in recent matches.

Jordan Williams

The tricky winger has been ever-present this season for Barrow, making over twenty-three appearances.

Williams joined Barrow in January 2016, after beginning his career at Burscough FC before moving to Northwich Victoria, where he caught the attention of many clubs with his impressive displays during their FA Cup run in the 2015/2016 season.

This season the winger has scored on five occasions, including a goal in Barrow's Emirates FA First Round tie against Taunton.

Richie Bennett

The striker is a new signing at Barrow, joining this summer.

Starting out as a youth player with Oldham Athletic, his goal scoring form at youth level saw the forward move to Curzon Ashton where he made his first-team debut at the age of 17.

After leaving Curzon, the striker also experienced spell in non-league at  Mossley AFC and Ashton United.

After joining Northwich Victoria in October 2014, the forward bagged 17 goals in his first season and increased his goal tally to an impressive 27 goals in 2015/16 season.

So far this season Bennett has eight goals to his name, in just over twenty appearances for Barrow.
