MATCH PREVIEW: SWINDON TOWN vs BRISTOL ROVERS

27 August 2016

We take a quick look at today's opponents!

Bristol Rovers go into today's game looking to bounce back from Tuesday's loss to Premier League Chelsea in the EFL Cup.

Rovers: Darrell Clarke's men will be looking to pick up their first away three points of the season against Swindon Town at the County Ground.

Team News: Rovers have a completely fit squad to pick from including new additions Kelle Roos and Connor Roberts.

Darrell's View:”We need to get the three points this afternoon and I am expecting a great performance from my squad.

"We showed a good account of ourselves on Tuesday night but that's gone now and we go back to our bread and butter which is League One."

Opposition: Today's opponents Swindon Town have got off to a decent start in SkyBet League One picking up seven points from their four outings this season. Last time out, Swindon picked up all three points against Port Vale at the County Ground thanks to Bradley Barry's second half strike.

Dangerman - Bradley Barry: After registering his first senior goal in last week's win against Port Vale, the nephew of England man Gareth Barry will be looking to add to his total against Rovers this afternoon.

Last Time Out: The two sides met last in March 2012 as they played out a 0-0 draw at the County Ground.

Tickets: Tonight's game is ALL TICKET for traveling supporters.
