In another late transfer deadline day deal striker Ryan Brunt has been loaned to League Two side Stevenage.

Brunt, who has already spent time at York City on loan this season, featured in three games on his return from Bootham Crescent but was left out of the side that faced Chester FC last Saturday.

The striker, who arrived at the Memorial Stadium in January 2013, has scored five goals in 38 appearances in all competitions for Rovers

Speaking of Ryan's second loan deal of the season, manager Darrell Clarke said; “Having signed three new strikers in the last week I am unable to guarantee Ryan a place in our starting lineup and he will benefit from playing games whilst he is at Stevenage.”
