Yusuf Akhamrich's first goal against Newport County has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two Goal of the Month for January.
It was a sensational strike from the 20-year-old to give Rovers the lead against the Exiles. Akhamrich was making his first start for Rovers at The Memorial Stadium and made an immediate impact. The winger collected the ball on the edge of the box before whipping a superb strike into the top left corner.
It was Akhamrich's first goal of two in the Severnside derby. His second effort was also special, collecting Alfie Kilgour's direct pass brilliantly before slotting his low shot into the back of the net.

The supporters' votes will be combined with the choices from a panel to determine the winners.
