The club is pleased to announce that new season cards, replacement cards and 2022/23 season packs are now on their way to our Season Ticket holders.
Following a delay in the production of the new cards, the first batch has been dispatched today and will continue to go out over the next 48 hours.
- New Season Ticket holders for this season will receive their new card and a Season Ticket holder pack.
- Existing Season Ticket holders who have moved or changed categories for this season will receive their new card and a Season Ticket holder pack.
- Those with existing cards will receive a Season Ticket holder pack.
Head of Sales David Bright said: "We are aware of fans' frustrations around this matter. We’ve worked hard to secure so many new Season Ticket holders over the summer and your first experience hasn’t been one we’ve wanted to deliver. We thank you for your patience over this period, and we look forward to delivering an improvement as you continue your journey with us.”
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Saturday's match, so for those awaiting new cards, we will once again be sending e-tickets. If you require a paper ticket, please visit the shop before 4pm on Friday so we can arrange this for you. We once again ask that you check your spam and junk folders for these tickets, before contacting the club.
Due to the way that cards are programmed, we cannot issue a paper ticket and activate a season card for a matchday.
