Bristol Rovers vs Swansea City on 24 Jul 21 - Match Centre

Some important information ahead of the return of supporters for the Gas' home friendly against Swansea City this Saturday.

While the club navigates the return of fans after a year and a half without them, some processes have been put in place to ensure our events meet government guidelines, and supporters feel comfortable and safe at the Mem.

Firstly, in line with the club's pursuit of a safe and secure environment, a Code of Conduct has been constructed.

It is essential that you fully understand and agree to the code of conduct prior to purchasing a ticket and attending the fixture.

Failure to do so may also jeopardise the club’s ability to host future fan-attended fixtures at the Memorial Stadium.

We ask all supporters returning to the stadium this weekend, or for any future games, to have a thorough read of our Code of Conduct HERE.

Requirements for Entry -

Ticket holders will need proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT), via a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace or proof of full vaccination - both doses received at least 14 days prior to the match (demonstrated via the NHS App)

The lateral flow test needs to be taken within 48 hours of the fixture.

We also ask supporters to have the Track and Trace app on their phone, to allow supporters to be informed if they are likely to have been exposed to Covid-19 while at the game.

Digital Tickets -

All tickets purchased online are now digital, print at home tickets.

You will receive a printable PDF via email with a download button giving you the option to either print at home or save a digital ticket to your Google Pay/ Apple Wallet, which can be scanned to provide entry to the stadium at the turnstiles.

It’s important to take note of the turnstile listed on your match ticket - as the turnstiles number is allocated to manage the flow of supporters entering the ground.

It is down to fans personal preference whether fans wish to wear a mask whilst at the stadium.
