Experienced referee Stephen Parkinson will be officiating tonight’s Vertu Trophy clash against Tottenham Hotspur U21s.
Parkinson has overseen matches in Sky Bet League One, Sky Bet League Two and the National League.
The last game he refereed was a National League fixture between Wealdstone and Carlisle United, during which he awarded three yellow cards, resulting in Carlisle United picking up the win.
He has also appeared in a match between fellow Sky Bet League Two sides Crawley Town and MK Dons on August 19 2025, ending in a draw, and awarded five yellow cards.
In his career, the referee has officiated 119 fixtures, including eight in the EFL Trophy.
He will be accompanied by Assistant Referees Stuart Kane and Mark Senior, and Jason Roberts will appear as the Fourth Official.
