Bromley v Bristol Rovers
Sky Bet League Two, The CopperJax Community Stadium, Saturday 14 March 2026, 3:00pm KO
Bristol Rovers are looking to continue their string of recent victories as they head to London to face promotion contenders Bromley in Sky Bet League Two.
The Pirates will travel to the Copperjax Community Stadium after a satisfying 2-0 victory over Barrow AFC on Tuesday night. Tommy Leigh opened the scoring with his third goal in two games, getting on the end of Jack Sparkes' lofted cross into the box. Fabrizio Cavegn doubled the lead in the second half after a skilful assist from Joel Senior, with the striker netting his 15th goal of the campaign across all competitions.
Rovers have had a good recent run of form and have collected ten points from their last four matches, beating Grimsby Town, Crewe Alexandra and Barrow whilst also drawing with Swindon Town.
Currently first in the league table, the Ravens have remained undefeated since late November, most recently drawing 1-1 against Grimsby Town on Saturday. A Nick Kabamba strike broke the deadlock, but four minutes later, Grimsby’s Charles Vernam converted a penalty, which meant the points were shared as the full-time whistle sounded.

Opposition...
Bromley FC have been on an upward trajectory since their promotion to Sky Bet League Two in the 2023/24 season. Having beaten Solihull Moors 4-3 on penalties in the Vanarama National League play-off finals in May 2024. The Ravens have finished 11th in the 2024/25 season but are now looking for automatic promotion, currently sitting at the top of the table.
Bromley are unbeaten in their last 18 fixtures in Sky Bet League Two, with their previous defeat coming all the way back in November when they lost to Walsall, but have picked up as many wins as they would have hoped in recent weeks. In fact, Andy Woodman's men have drawn five of their last six matches in the fourth tier, which is more draws than the Pirates have registered during the entirety of the 2025/26 campaign.
However, their steady stream of results still sees them sit two points above second-placed Milton Keynes Dons and six above Notts County, who are just outside the automatic promotion spots.
Bromley have also had a successful January transfer window, adding three loans in Jesse Debrah, Zech Medley, and Damola Ajayi from Port Vale, Zech Medley and Damola Ajayi, respectivly.
Previous Meetings...
The Pirates have done something that no other team has done this season: beat Bromley at the CopperJax Community Stadium. The Ravens are unbeaten in their 18 home outings in Sky Bet League Two, but the Gas got the better of them in the Emirates FA Cup.
Cavegn headed in a clever cross from Luke Thomas before Joel Cotterill's effort doubled their lead two minutes later. Jemiah Umolo's header minimised Rovers' advantage, but was not enough to keep them in the competition.
Rovers suffered a defeat against the Ravens in their Boxing Day fixture, with Jack Sparkes and Cavegn giving the Gas a two-goal lead before Bromley staged an impressive second-half comeback to win 3-2 at The Memorial Stadium.
This is only the fifth meeting between the two teams and the first league meeting at the CopperJax Community Stadium.
