"This is a massive Club with a huge following" | Kacper Łopata's First Interview

Kacper Łopata

Kacper Łopata knows the importance of Bristol Rovers to the Gasheads and is buzzing to get going in the famous blue-and-white quarters.

The defender became Rovers' tenth summer signing on Thursday after signing on loan from Sky Bet League One team Barnsley and returns to Bristol after growing up in Horfield after moving to the city when he was younger.

There are plenty of recognisable faces at the Gas for the 23-year-old after already working with Head Coach Darrell Clarke and Assistant Head Coaches Rhys Carr and Jon Stead, with the centre-back ready to help Rovers in their 2025/26 Sky Bet League Two.

Speaking to BRTV for the first time since signing for the Gas, Łopata said he wants to help Rovers return to where they belong and added some of his friends could not believe he has signed for the Club.
