Bristol Rovers' goal in the Sky Bet League Two fixture at home to Tranmere Rovers has been awarded to Fabrizio Cavegn.
The Gas were beaten 4-1 by Tranmere in mid-October at The Memorial Stadium in a fixture where Alfie Chang was ruled to have netted a late consolation for the home side.
However, a review by the EFL's Dubious Goal Panel have now determined that striker Cavegn got a touch on the ball, and have therefore ruled the finish will be accredited to the forward.
The decision means Cavegn is now on eight goals in all competitions for Bristol Rovers, comprised of five in Sky Bet League Two, two in the Vertu Trophy and one in the Emirates FA Cup.
