The 47-year-old is back for his second spell in charge after enjoying great success at The Gas between 2014-18, leading the Pirates to back-to-back promotions from the National League, then called the Conference, to Sky Bet League One.
Our photographer followed Clarke around The Mem and into the dressing room, where he spoke to BRTV about being back at The Club and his ambitions. You can watch his first interview here!
