Connor Taylor completes Wycombe Wanderers transfer

Connor Taylor claps

Bristol Rovers can confirm that Connor Taylor has completed a transfer to Sky Bet League One side Wycombe Wanderers for an undisclosed fee.

Taylor initially joined the Gas on loan from Stoke City for the 2021/22 season, where he made 42 league appearances for the Club. The defender scored the second goal in Rovers' famous 7-0 victory over Scunthorpe United on the final day of the campaign, helping the Pirates gain automatic promotion.

The centre-back returned to Rovers from the Potters permanently in August 2023, and he was an ever-present in the side last term, making 48 appearances in all competitions.

Across his two spells with the Gas, Taylor played 136 times for the Club, scoring six goals.

Everyone at Bristol Rovers would like to thank Connor for all of his efforts during his time with the Club and wish him every success in his future career.
