Rovers are back at The Mem and welcome Hartlepool United for our latest Sky Bet League Two clash.

Rovers prepare for the visit of Graeme Lee's Hartlepool United. Last time out, Rovers tasted defeat in our Emirates FA Cup third round encounter with Championship side, Peterborough United.

Hartlepool, then managed by Dave Challinor, handed Rovers defeat in the reverse fixture. Now managed by Graeme Lee they are fresh off an Emirates FA Cup third round victory after knocking out Blackpool at home.

Their last game in the Sky Bet League Two came on New Year's Day in a 0-0 stalemate against Oldham Athletic. This season Hartlepool have scored 24 goals in 23 games with forward, Mark Cullen currently leading the goalscoring charts for Hartlepool. Cullen has netted four times for Hartlepool this season in 10 appearances.

Fresh Faces

This weekend's game could be a first appearance at The Mem for both of our January signings. Jame Connoly signed on-loan from Championship side, Cardiff City for the season last Saturday and was immediately handed his debut for the Gas in our defeat against Peterborough in the Emirates FA Cup.

Ryan Loft could make his first appearance for Rovers after signing from Scunthorpe United on a two-year deal. Ryan was cup-tied for our clash against Peterborough but has since had time to get down to work ahead of this weekend's fixture against Hartlepool.

Ref Watch

Carl Brook is the man with the cards on Saturday afternoon. So far this season, Brooks has officiated seven games in the Sky Bet League Two and has averaged 3.43 yellow cards per game after handing out 24 cautions in the Sky Bet League Two this season.
