Manager Steve Evans has named his Bristol Rovers team to face York City for the Pirates' first Sky Bet League Two fixture of the 2026/27 season.
There are three changes to the team that lost 1-0 to Peterborough United in the Carabao Cup, with Jack Sparkes, Keenan Gough and Fabrizio Cavegn coming in for Ben Purrington, Jack Aitchison and Tommy Leigh.
