Women's Manager Nathan Hallett-Young has been nominated for Tier 4's Manager of the Year for the Women's National League Division One.
Bristol Rovers Women capped off their debut season in the FA Women’s National League Division One South West with a strong 4th-place finish, collecting 39 points from 22 games. Under head coach Nathan Hallett-Young, the Gas Girls impressed with 12 wins, 3 draws, and 7 losses, scoring 36 goals and conceding just 24 — one of the division's best defensive records.
After a tough start against champions AFC Bournemouth, the Gas quickly found their stride, delivering standout home performances and finishing the season with a 2–0 win over Bournemouth Sports. Despite early exits in both the League Cup and FA Cup — including a tough loss to WSL side Aston Villa in the Fourth Round — the squad showed resilience throughout the season.
With 9 clean sheets and consistent form against established teams, Bristol Rovers have laid solid foundations at this level and will look to build on this momentum heading into 2025/26.
