Referee Jacob Miles will be the man in the middle for Bristol Rovers' Sky Bet League Two fixture against Bromley at The Memorial Stadium on Boxing Day.
This will only be the second time Miles has refereed a Rovers fixture and the first since the 2023/24 campaign, where the Gas lost 1-0 to Exeter City at home.
The official has overseen six Bromley matches, with five of them coming in the National League. However, his previous fixture with the Ravens was in Sky Bet League Two last term, with the game ending in a 0-0 draw against Port Vale at the CopperJax Community Stadium.
Miles has refereed 45 times in the National League, more than any other competition in his career, but has risen through the ranks, making three appearances in the Sky Bet Championship, all coming this campaign.
In total, Miles has refereed 20 games across seven competitions this term, with three coming in Sky Bet League Two. His most recent match in the fourth tier was at the end of November, where Swindon Town beat Chesterfield 2-1 away from home. His last game in any competition was in the Sky Bet Championship earlier this month, a 2-2 draw between Wrexham and Watford.
Alongside him will be assistant referees James Tewson and Dave Middleton. Said Ouchene has been appointed as the fourth official.
