Bristol Rovers can confirm that Mees Rijks has joined Forest Green Rovers on loan.
Rijks joined the Gas in January 2026 from Eliteserien side Vålerenga Fotball and has made 15 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice.
The 23-year-old will now continue the 2026/27 campaign on loan at Forest Green, who are eighth in the National League after eight matches.
Kian Hill has also completed a loan move, switching to Premier Division South Gloucester City on a one-month deal.
Hill was Rovers' Academy Player of the Season last term. He made his senior debut in the Gas' EFL Trophy win over Cheltenham Town before going out on loan to Bristol Manor Farm, where he scored six goals and assisted one.
