Ellis Harrison has been nominated for the PFA Select Car Leasing League Two Fans’ Player of the Month Award for April.
The striker had a superb month, netting his first two goals in a thrilling 3-2 victory over Harrogate Town, levelling the score with a close-range finish before thumping in the winner with penalty.
Harrison then broke the deadlock in the following fixture, with helping Rovers on their way to a 3-1 triumph over Crawley Town before ending the month in style.
The 32-year-old hit a hat-trick against Cheltenham Town, netting two headers in the first half before beating Joe Day with a fantastic chip in the second half.
