Bristol Rovers will be ball number two in the 2025/26 Vertu Trophy Round of 32 draw.
The draw will take place live on Sky Sports News on Thursday 13 November at 2.30pm, with the Gas knowing they will be playing at The Memorial Stadium after a successful group stage.
The Pirates started the competition with a thrilling contest against Tottenham Hotspur U21s, coming from 3-0 down to draw 4-4 before beating Spurs on penalties. Luke Thomas then scored the only goal in a 1-0 victory over Cheltenham Town to put the Gas on five points going into their final fixture against Sky Bet League One side Plymouth Argyle.
Rovers knew only a win in normal time would see them finish at the top of Southern Group B, and Darrell Clarke's men found a winner in the final moments through Kamil Conteh, who converted from close range to seal a home draw.
The Gas have been placed in Southern Section Draw A and will host one of AFC Wimbledon, Wycombe Wanderers, Cambridge United or Peterborough United.
The Vertu Trophy Round of 32 ties are to take place week commencing December 1.
