Brad Young is expecting a great atmosphere at The Memorial Stadium for Bristol Rovers' Sky Bet League Two fixture against Exeter City.
The Pirates will be looking to return to winning ways after back-to-back away defeats to Grimsby Town and Gillingham. The Pirates will be playing in front of a packed crowd for the West Country derby and will want to make history.
The Pirates could make it a club record 11 straight home league wins, with Young wanting his side to go after the Grecians with a front-foot approach. Young knows the Thatchers End will be behind his side and wants to give the Gasheads another special performance.
Speaking to the media before the game, Young said he enjoys playing in games of this magnitude and believes all the focus is on claiming all three points.
REFLECTING ON TWO AWAY DEFEATS
"We haven't been good enough, and we all know that in the dressing room. It's not as if we've gone away, put on a performance, and been unlucky; we haven't been at the races. We need to put that right this Saturday.
"There are not many positives to take out of the two games, but that's behind us now. It's a long old season, so we need to look ahead and focus on the game on Saturday."
LOOKING TO REACT
"We've tried to keep the atmosphere positive. We are seven weeks into the season now, and after the last two defeats, we've looked at ourselves hard in the mirror. I think you need to do that.
"We've reflected, and we've had a good week of training, but after Grimsby, we had a good week of training, and on the Saturday, we weren't at it. This week, we need to use our home advantage, us the fans, The Mem, really start on the front foot and get after them."
LOOKING FOR A CLUB RECORD
"I have seen a bit on social media, and the gaffer has mentioned it briefly. The most important thing is getting the three points, winning the game, and that will take care of itself."
BECOMING THE STARTING GOALKEEPER
"I appreciate the gaffer and Paul Raynor for giving me the opportunity and putting faith in me because it was a tough place to come into, especially with the form that we were in and the task that was ahead in January.
"I appreciate them putting the faith in me and backing me in the summer, and hopefully my performance can repay that faith. Hopefully, we have a successful year together.
"I give it my everything every day, 100 per cent, working hard, always trying to improve, and we've got a good goalkeeper group. Charlie being younger than me, it's something where we're both learning and pushing each other hard each day and still trying to find our feet in the game. Hopefully, we can progress and have great careers."
CHARLIE BINNS
"He's got a brilliant stature, a brilliant frame, and he's a good lad. He makes some amazing saves, uses his frame well, and he's got a good attitude. I think that's what you need to have, especially as a second-choice goalkeeper at the moment.
"To go out there every day, play with a smile on your face, be confident around the lads, but still push and work hard each day is a special trait to have."
STAYING LEVEL-HEADED
"The main thing that we take away, and we spoke about as a group is not getting too high and not getting too low. We were at the top of the league, and that's OK for the fans to be singing that we're going to win the league and we're at the top of the league, but I think in the dressing room, we realise that we have to stay level-headed; let's keep working hard every day and just take it as it comes. It's a rollercoaster of a season; football is a mental game, and I think just one game at a time is the attitude to have."
EXETER CITY PREVIEW
"They will be a solid outfit. It's obviously a local game. I think it will be a sell-out. I look forward to playing in big games; it will be a great atmosphere for us, and I think it's a good opportunity to go play out on the front foot, be aggressive, go get after them and take what comes."

"It's a brilliant buzz. Coming out, especially when I go in the huddle, you can hear the fans singing. It's an amazing feeling, and hopefully, we can keep giving them special performances at home."
