Bristol Rovers is pleased to confirm our first three pre-season fixtures of the 2024/25 season.
Matt Taylor’s Gas will return for pre-season in early July and will kick-off the summer schedule with a trip to face local Melksham Town on Friday 5 July 2024.
Rovers will make the short journey to Oakfield Stadium for the 7.30pm kick-off to take on a Town side that finished 16th in Southern League Division One South last season.
A second pre-season match will see the Pirates travel to take on Bath City on Saturday 13 July. The EFL League One side and the National League South outfit will meet at Twerton Park for a 3pm kick-off.
A trip to play recently promoted Yeovil Town will then follow a few days later. Rovers will face the Glovers, who won National League South last season, at Huish Park on Tuesday 16 July with kick-off set for 7pm.
The trips to Melksham, Bath and Yeovil come in the first part of an exciting pre-season schedule for Matt Taylor’s side, who will also take their preparations abroad to Portugal in July for a pair of fixtures.
Further details regarding ticketing for the matches against Melksham Town, Bath City and Yeovil Town will be confirmed shortly, while more pre-season fixtures will be announced in due course.
