Bristol Rovers Football Club is aware of reports from a small number of season ticket holders within the terraced parts of the ground that their ticket reservations were not held for our replay with Norwich for next week.
The club has been made aware of the issue, which has been investigated, and the affected supporters identified. These fans will be contacted directly, with the opportunity to purchase tickets for the fixture. There will be no further tickets available for general sale purchase at this time.
Season ticket holders in seated areas will still have until 7pm on Wednesday 10th January to purchase their seats for the fixture. Following this deadline, any seats not purchased will be released and made available for purchase with further priority given to those season ticket holders who were unable to purchase last night.
We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused and reassure supporters that we will do all we can to make sure that every season ticket holder that wishes to attend the game is able to.
