The club is delighted to announce the signing of Costa Rican international Brandon Aguilera, on loan from Nottingham Forest until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old recently made his Premier League debut for his parent club against Brentford, whilst also earning 10 caps for his country, including appearances in all three of Costa Rica's games at the 2022 World Cup.
The highly-rated attacking midfielder has recorded five goal involvements seven Premier League 2 matches this season, for Nottingham Forest's under-21 side.
On signing Brandon, Manager Matt Taylor said "Obviously he'll bring quality. He's an international footballer, he's played in the Premier League, but he's still young so he's still learning his game. He probably won't have had experienced this type of level before, but from what we've spoke about with Forest speaking to the lad, he seems really humble, seems to have a mature head on young shoulders and wants to be willing to learn. I think he'll learn a lot about himself in his game, his time here, but he's clearly got some quality which will certainly add to our midfield."
