This page contains everything you need to know ahead of your visit, including dress code guidance, travel information, menus and dietary requirements.

Limited parking may be available for selected hospitality packages. If parking is included with your booking, details will be sent out to you.
For guests without parking, we recommend allowing additional time to find suitable local parking, the stadium is surrounded by residential roads that you can utilise.
By train
Bristol Parkway and Bristol Temple Meads are the nearest major railway stations. Taxis and local bus services are available from both stations to the stadium.
By bus
A few local bus routes serve the Memorial Stadium and the surrounding area. We recommend checking local travel updates before departing.

Matchday Information
Upon arrival, please proceed directly to the hospitality entrance detailed below:

| Wollens Suite | Poplar East Stand | Please note that tables in the Wollens Suite are shared tables and are not exclusive to your party. Tables set up to 10 guests, therefore bookings of fewer than 10 guests may be seated alongside other hospitality guests. Three days before the match, you will receive an email confirming your table number and allocated dining time. To help us deliver the best possible experience, please ensure you arrive in plenty of time for your scheduled dining sitting. |
| CJ Hole Lounge | West Stand (far end of the corridor) | Upon arrival at the West Stand, you will be issued with a hospitality pass and lanyard for the day. We kindly ask that these are returned to a member of the Bristol Rovers Hospitality Team before you leave, so they can be reused for future events. Please note that the CJ Hole Lounge offers a relaxed lounge-style environment featuring a mix of sofas, dining tables, and high-top seating. As such, there is no allocated table seating within the lounge. |
| Executive Boxes | West Stand | Upon arrival to the West Stand, you will be issued with a hospitality pass and lanyard for the day. At the end of your visit, please either leave these hanging in your executive box or return them to a member of the Bristol Rovers Hospitality Team for future use. |
