2026/27 Season Tickets FAQs
I am a current Season Ticket Holder, how long will my current seat be reserved for?
All existing seat reservations will be held until the end of our Second Release window on Tuesday 30 June.
Have Season Ticket prices increased this year?
No. Despite experiencing increased costs across the Club, we have committed to a price freeze across all stands and age groups for the 2026/27 season. We hope this will encourage as many supporters as possible to back the boys in blue and white next season.
This is the second year in a row that Adult, Senior and U21 prices have been frozen, in an effort to keep our ticket offering affordable for supporters. Pricing for U7, U18 and Student age categories that were introduced last year will be sustained for the upcoming season, as will the cheaper rates for U14s.
The most economical time to buy your Season Ticket is during our Early Bird window which runs from Monday 16 March until Saturday 25 April.
Is there an option to pay for Season Tickets in instalments this year?
Yes. Last year we gave supporters an option to pay on finance via a third party provider.
This year, we have worked with our eticketing provider to offer an interest-free Direct Debit option that will be available during the Early Bird window, enabling supporters to pay for their Season Ticket in instalments.
Supporters who sign up for Direct Debit payments will be charged a non-refundable £15 admin fee at the point of signing up, plus the £3.50 booking fee that applies to all Season Tickets.
Those who sign up between Monday 16 March and 4pm on Tuesday 24 March will be charged in four equal instalments on the following dates:
- First payment: Monday 30 March*
- Second payment: Thursday 30 April
- Third payment: Friday 29 May
- Fourth payment: Tuesday 30 June
Supporters who sign up for Direct Debit payments between 4pm on Tuesday 24 March and 4pm on Friday 24 April will be charged in three equal instalments on the following dates:
- First payment: Thursday 30 April*
- Second payment: Friday 29 May
- Third payment: Tuesday 30 June
* This initial instalment is non-refundable.
It will not be possible to sign up for Direct Debit after 4pm on Friday 24 April.
What happens if I miss a payment or pay late?
There are no penalties or charges for late payments. After each instalment date we will contact any supporters who have missed their payment for any reason to request payment at their earliest opportunity.
If you are unable to make a payment on the scheduled date, please notify us at accounts@bristolrovers.co.uk.
As long as we have received the full payment (all three or four instalments) by Tuesday 30 June, your Season Ticket will be activated ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
If you continue to miss payments or fail to communicate with us, your Season Ticket will be cancelled.
Can I purchase a physical Season Ticket card?
Yes, physical Season Ticket cards will be available to order at a supplementary charge of £15. This year you will be able to select the option for a physical card at the point of purchase via eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers, rather than ordering a physical card separately from our Club Shop.
Physical cards will be distributed before the start of next season.
As part of our ‘digital-first’ approach across the stadium, all fans who choose to purchase a physical card will also receive a Digital Season Ticket free of charge.
I purchased a physical Season Ticket card last year and would like to renew my ticket. Can I reuse the physical card this season or do I need to pay for a new one?
You can reuse your physical card from last year as long as your 2026/27 Season Ticket is:
- For the same stand and seat
- In the same price class
- A renewal of your 2025/26 Season Ticket, not a new Season Ticket purchase
When you renew your Season Ticket there will be an option at the point of purchase to reuse your existing physical card.
Supporters who buy a new Season Ticket, rather than renewing their existing one, will not be able reuse their physical card as they will be provided with a new account number. When you are logged into your eticketing account, please select the ‘Renew’ option rather than buying a new Season Ticket.
If you wish to renew your Season Ticket but would like to move seat or stand, or need to change price class (eg from Adult to Senior), your old physical card will be invalid and you will need to purchase a new physical card if you want one.
As a reminder, all Season Ticket Holders will receive a Digital Season Ticket free of charge.
I’m a student. How do I purchase a Student Season Ticket?
Student Season Tickets will be available to purchase at the Club Shop. Please bring a valid student photo ID (NUS or U-card) with you so a member of our team can verify your student status.
When do Season Tickets go on and off sale?
Our Season Ticket sales windows are:
Early Bird: Monday 16 March to Saturday 25 April
Second Release: Sunday 26 April to Tuesday 30 June
General Sale: Wednesday 1 July onwards
Is there a booking fee?
As with previous seasons, all Season Tickets are subject to a £3.50 booking fee per ticket.
My birthday falls during the Season Ticket sales window, what price class should I select?
Fans should purchase the appropriate price class as per your age on 1 July 2026. Renewals will automatically be offered in the correct price class.
