Nicholson returns to Colorado Rapids.
Bristol Rovers Football Club would like to announce that Sam Nicholson will be leaving the club and returning to his previous club Colorado Rapids, who play in the MLS in America.
The 27-year-old joined Rovers in 2020 and scored 11 goals in 64 appearances for the Gas. The Scotsman made his debut for the club in our 3-0 League Cup defeat against Ipswich Town and scored his first goal for Rovers in a 1-1 draw against Rochdale.
We would like to thank Sam for his service to the club over the past two years. He has been a key member of the team during his time here and we wish him all the best in the next stage of his career.
