Congratulations are in order for Rovers’ Welsh international duo Tom Lockyer as both have been included in the squad to face Bulgaria and Romania in the European U-21 qualifying matches over the Easter weekend.

Also going away on international duty that same weekend is on loan Swansea City striker Oliver McBurnie who will be joining up with the Scottish U-21 squad for their games against France and Northern Ireland.

Although Rovers will be missing three players for the matches against Cambridge United and Carlisle, the games cannot be called off because McBurnie is on an emergency loan which is not taken into consideration when three players from the same club are called up at the same time.
