Bristol Rovers home game with Gateshead selected for television.

The Vanarama Conference announces BT Sport will be screening LIVE a further fixture from their competition when the match between Bristol Rovers and Gateshead. The fixture, due to take place on Saturday 20th December has now been brought forward to Friday evening (19th December).

Traditionally fixtures played on the last Saturday before Christmas always struggle to attract large attendances so by moving it to the Friday evening, it is hoped this will enable more home supporters to attend and importantly allow more Heed fans to watch from afar as their seasoned manager Gary Mills takes on his younger counter-part Darrell Clarke.

The game kicks off at 7.45pm from the Memorial Stadium and confirmation of which BT Sport channel it will be screened on will be advised nearer the date.

This however does clash with our Club Cabaret night, which the club are now looking to reschedule.
