Following yesterday’s announcement that the Court of Appeal had granted the club’s application for an expedited trial regarding our ongoing legal dispute with Sainsbury’s, we have now been told the date when our appeal will be heard.

Proceedings will commence on either 26th or 27th January 2016 and the process is likely to take three days.

Commenting on this latest news Chairman Nick Higgs said; “We are pleased that the dates given are earlier than anticipated and this is good news as far as we are concerned.”
