THREE TO WATCH: COVENTRY CITY

24 March 2017

Take a look at the potential threats in the ranks of Coventry City, ahead of our encounter against the Sky Blues on Saturday.

#2 - Jordan Willis - Defender

The twenty-two-year-old has been ever present for Coventry this season, closing in on forty appearances over the course the 2016/17 campaign.

The academy graduate has made almost one-hundred appearances for the Sky Blues since making his debut for the club back in November 2011 and has represented England in various age categories. In February 2012 he was called up to the England under-18 team and made his debut in a 3–0 win against Poland.

This season the defender has been on the scoresheet on five occasions and Rovers fans will remember Willis scoring when Rovers hosted Coventry on Boxing Day.

#20 - Marcus Tudgay - Forward

The experienced forward now has over four-hundred games under his belt and is currently in his third season at the Ricoh Arena.

In his first two seasons at the club, the thirty-four-year-old scored on eight occasions, with Coventry opting to extend his stay in the summer.

So far this season the striker has made thirty appearances, scoring just the four goals, with strikes against Northampton, Oxford, Bolton and Oldham.

The forward was forced off during the first of Coventry's fixture against MK Dons last weekend, with the Sky Blues hopeful that he will be fit for Saturday's game.

#11 - Kyel Reid - Midfield

The twenty-nine-year-old is well versed to life in the Football League, with previous spells at West Ham United, Barnsley, Crystal Palace, Blackpool, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Sheffield United, Charlton Athletic, Bradford City and Preston North End.

Following the midfielder's release from Preston North End, Kyel joined Coventry in July 2016 and has made over thirty appearances for far this season.

The midfielder has two goals to his name this season and was on the scoresheet during Coventry's victory over Port Vale on Tuesday night.
