We are pleased to announce that the new south stand will enable us to sell Season Tickets within this area again. For all the details on these tickets, see below. 

Dates:

May 17th – South Stand Priority 

Initially, from the 17th of May, South Stand Season Tickets will be offered to the following groups - 21/22 South Stand Season Ticket Holders and 21/22 Total Print Season Ticket Holders. Also, ticket moves will be available for all current 23/24 Season Ticket holders.

May 19th – South Stand General Sale

From the 19^th of May, all remaining South Stand Season Tickets will be put on general sale.

If you would like to move your ticket into the South Stand, this can only be done in-store.

If you have already secured a Season Ticket for the 23/24 Season, but would like to move into the South Stand, you will be able to do this from 10am May 17th. This is 2 days before South Stand tickets go on general sale, giving you an priority opportunity to secure your new space.

To move your ticket, you must visit the club superstore as ticket moves can only be on in-store. Therefore, if you wish to move your ticket, simply visit the Club Superstore from 10am on Wednesday 17th May and our team will help you do so.

When moving, there will be a charge to upgrade to the south stand if the value of your current season ticket is lower than that of a South Stand Season Ticket.

If you purchased within the Season Ticket Early Bird window, your upgrade will be done on this scale. However, if you purchased after the Early Bird window, your upgrade cost will be in accordance with the general prices stated above within the ‘pricing’ section.

Family Saver:

Please note: You will only be eligible to move your ticket within this period if you have purchased a 23/24 Season ticket before 8am on the 17th of May. If purchased after this period, you will have to wait until South Stand tickets go on General Sale.

What happens if you already have a 23/24 MKJ Stand Season Ticket?

If you have already secured a Season Ticket within the MKJ Group stand, you will be automatically placed within your respective seat within the Southwest part of the new South Stand.

Families

With the new South Stand comes an upgrade to the Southwest area, the current MKJ Group stand. To ensure this remains as family friendly as possible, we are going to allow for family saver Season Tickets to be purchased in the southwest, but we aren’t going to allow adult only purchases.

Renewals: 

• Go to eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers and log into the account that your Season Ticket is linked to.
• Once logged in, click the account icon below:

• Once you have clicked on your account menu, you will see a notification that you have a Season Ticket to renew. 
• Click Renew Now:

• Follow the payment process through to confirm your renewal.
• Following purchase, you will then recieve a conformation email. 

Purchasing a new ticket: 

• Go to eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers and login/create an account.
• Once logged in, click the match/event tickets drop down and select ‘Season Tickets’.
• From here, the stadium map will be brought up, and you will be free to select which area of the ground you would like you season ticket to be situated.
• Once you have selected your ticket, add it to the basket.
• From here, follow the payment process to confirm your Season Ticket.
• Following purchase, you will then receive a confirmation email.

To purchase a Family Saver Season Ticket, please follow the steps below: 

• Go to eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers and login/create an account.
• Once logged in, click the match/event tickets drop down and select ‘Season Tickets’.
• From here, the stadium map will be brought up, and you will be free to select which area of the ground you would like you Season Tickets to be situated.
• Once you have selected your tickets, add them to the basket.

To get the Family Saver discount, you will need to add one of the following ticket combinations to your basket:

1x 'Family Adult Season' + 1x 'Family U14 Season'

1x 'Family Adult Season' + 2x 'Family U14 Season'

Any other combination of Season Tickets in your basket will not allow you to checkout with a Family Saver Season Ticket.

• Then, follow the payment process to confirm your Family Saver Season Ticket.
• Following purchase, you will then receive a confirmation email.

For both the renewal and general sale period, there will be an early bird window in which everyone will have an opportunity to purchase a Season Ticket for a lower price.

Accepted payment methods for purchasing a Season Ticket are Credit/Debit card, in-store or online, or through V12 finance.

v12 finance will give supporters the option of a 6-month or 10-month payment plan. These payment plans will be available for selection at checkout. This payment method is only available online.

V12 Retail Finance is offering a repayment plan to pay for your 2023/24 Season Ticket spread over 6 or 10 monthly repayments. The 6 and 10 month repayment plan interest rate is 0% APR meaning you do not pay any interest.

The first 1,000 people who renew their Season Tickets will be entered into a draw to win an exclusive Directors Box Experience Package:

Our Ticket Exchange provides a safety net of guaranteed savings, reassurance of value and future monetary benefits.

Through the Ticket Exchange, you can sell your ticket if you are unable to make a specific fixture. Once this ticket is sold, you will receive credit directly to your Ticketmaster account. This can then be used on future purchases or put towards renewing your Season Ticket next season. Therefore, you do not run this risk of losing value if something arises to stop you from attending a fixture, providing a reassurance that you're saving money no matter what. 

If you are a current ST holder, you will be able to use any credit you currently have in your Ticketmaster account to contribute towards your renewal.
