Take a look from inside the opposition camp ahead of Saturday's clash with Charlton Athletic at the Mem.
Press Talk...
Lee Bowyer's play-off-chasing Charlton are in decent nick at the moment, unbeaten in their last six and taking 12 points in the process.
The former Newcastle United midfielder addressed the local media on Thursday afternoon and gave his thoughts on this weekend's game.
Bowyer told Charlton's twitter account; "Saturday will be tough. They’re a good side and completely different to what we played earlier this season. I watched them in the cup against Sunderland and thought they were the better side.
"They press quick and have good movement off the ball. Conditions will be tough, it will be a heavy pitch, so it will be a hard game."
Star Man...
Leading the Addicks' goalscoring charts with 17 goals, is dangerous frontman, Lyle Taylor. Signed from AFC Wimbledon last summer, the 28-year old netted 15 times as the Dons evaded relegation by just three points. His form in front of goal has continued this campaign, but his contributions don't stop there, chipping in with a club-high eight assists. Taylor has scored in both of his last two appearances for Charlton.
Stat Attack...
Bowyer's men have the third worst disciplinary record in the division. So far this season, his players have accumulated 72 yellow cards, which is an average of just under two every game. Athletic have also seen red on five occasions, most recently when Patrick Bauer was dismissed late on in their 1-0 defeat at Fleetwood Town at the start of February. Incidentally, Bauer was sent off against Rovers on the first day of the 2017/18 season.
