Loan Watch

22 January 2018

Catch up on how the players on loan away from the Mem got on over the past weekend.

Just twenty-four hours after making his loan move to Eastleigh, Welsh winger Ryan Broom had a debut to remember for the Spitfires.

Broom came off the bench against Maidstone and grabbed the equalising goal to make it 2-2, before Eastleigh managed to grab a late winner to secure a victory from being behind at half-time. Catch the goal HERE.

Next up for both Broom and Eastleigh is a fixture against Hartlepool United next Saturday.

Both Jordan Williams and Mo Baghdadi started Poole Town's defeat against Welling United. Baghdadi was substituted on the half-hour mark, while Jordan William played eighty minutes of the 3-2 defeat for Poole.

The pairs next fixture is against Chippenham tomorrow evening.

Connor Jones featured for Mangotsfield and narrowly missed an early opportunity on goal in their 1-1 draw at home against AFC Totton.

Defender Jonny Burn started York City's 2-2 draw with Spennymoor Town and grabbed a goal inside the opening fifteen minutes, scoring from a York corner. The goal on Saturday marked Burn's third strike during his loan spell at Bootham Cresent. Next up for York is a fixture against Stockport next weekend.
