Bristol Rovers would like to apologise to everyone who suffered technical difficulties with the iFollow platform this afternoon.
The club understands that issues with both the audio and visual packages were noticed by our team and reports have been passed onto the EFL who have given the below statement:
"A note to confirm that iFollow audio commentary experienced an outage today for all clubs involved in the 3pm kick-offs.
This was due to a hardware issue and lasted for six minutes from 15:02pm.
Monitoring staff flagged the issue as soon as it occurred and technicians immediately began work to resolve it. All clubs were back on air by 15.09pm.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we will, of course, be conducting a thorough review to ensure that a similar incident does not reoccur in future."
